About Bond Associates

What We Do

Bond Associates is a specialist event staffing agency based in London, supplying professional staff to corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows across the UK.

We work with event organisers, production companies, exhibition contractors, and corporate clients who need staffing they can depend on at venues including ExCeL London, Olympia, NEC Birmingham, and beyond.

Every member of our register is director-interviewed, reference checked, and fully vetted before they represent any client. We don’t operate a revolving door of candidates — we maintain a curated database of professionals we know, trust, and can stand behind.

From a single specialist role to a team of fifty, we’ll build the right solution for your event and make sure every shift is filled, every time.

The Executive Team

Bond Associates is led by a small, dedicated team who are involved in every event we deliver, from the first enquiry to the final shift.

Louise founded Bond Associates in 1996 and remains at the heart of the business. With nearly thirty years of experience in event staffing, she brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to every client relationship and sets the standard for how Bond operates.
Mike oversees the operational and commercial direction of the business, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure every brief is fulfilled to the highest standard. His hands-on approach means nothing gets missed.
Seb manages the day-to-day delivery of events and the continued growth of the business. From staff coordination and on-site management to new client relationships, Seb ensures Bond Associates continues to raise the bar across every event we support.

Our register of 500+ active staff represents some of the most experienced event professionals in the UK. They have worked at the country’s biggest exhibitions, most prestigious conferences, and highest-profile corporate events and they know what it takes to perform under pressure.

Every member of our team has been personally interviewed by one of our directors, reference checked across their last five years, and assessed for the specific skills their role demands. We don’t place people we wouldn’t trust ourselves.
